1. Service
Malaakso BidScout is an independent procurement-alert and research service. It may monitor public procurement signals, summarize public information and provide matching or prioritization analysis. It is not a government agency, procurement authority, broker, law firm, accounting firm or bid-submission service.
2. Official sources control
Procurement notices can be amended, extended, cancelled or corrected. Customers are responsible for reviewing the official issuing source and latest documents before relying on an alert or taking action.
3. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for determining your eligibility, registrations, certifications, pricing, staffing, inventory, legal and regulatory compliance, proposal contents, bid submission and contract performance. Malaakso does not guarantee that an opportunity is suitable for you or that you will win an award.
4. Subscription
BidScout is currently offered as a recurring service at $79 per month through the existing Stripe checkout linked on this site. Billing details shown by the checkout or order confirmation form part of the purchase flow. For billing or cancellation requests, contact sales@malaakso.com.
5. No guarantee
We do not guarantee the completeness of public datasets, uninterrupted availability, a minimum number of opportunities, response acceptance, contract awards, savings or revenue.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to impersonate government entities, submit false certifications, evade procurement rules, target people based on protected characteristics, conduct unlawful outreach or misuse non-public information.
7. Intellectual property
Malaakso's original site content, organization, analysis and service presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Government/public-source materials remain subject to their own terms and status.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material subscription commitments should be communicated through the purchase flow or direct customer communication as appropriate.
